Online Application and then Phone Interview, I believe there was more than one round because I got an email saying thry went through with other applicants to the next interview process. The questions were fairly basic, and very little tailed towards the specific role or even the company. I recommend knowing a bit about both either way.

The interview process was very efficient and clear! The recruiter was extremely helpful at making sure I was in the loop, knowing where I was in the process, and being honest about my candidacy. There were a couple phone interviews before being brought onsite a couple times. Interviews were extremely thorough and definitely one of the best interview experiences I have had.

Initial Phone Screen with HR, In- Office Interview with Associate Manager. Interview lasted around 30 minutes. Got a general sense of why I was interested in this specific position, went into depth about my experiences on my resume, and what I wanted to pursue in the future.
