after applying, offered to take a video recorded interview which was part technical part experience. second interview with inside trader was very technical, no qualitative questions about resume or background experience. all probability / algorithm questions

Tough, asked me numerous questions about probability, statistics and also asked me numerous questions about options. questions ranged from numerical to also behavioural (stuff about risk). how i approached life
First some technical tests consisted of probability questions, then HR with easy probability and mostly behavioral questions. After that the first technical and finally in-house day with all rounds again: technical, trading, HR and some informal talk.
