First they check your CV. Next you are given an IQ assessment in the form of online quick games and you are also given a probably/brain teaser quiz. Next you are to do a one way video interview where you describe your motivations and answer one technical question. It is important to not get stressed and talk though your thought process properly. Here was where I was rejected.
Neurolympic games (can find online) then hire vue where really you just have to answer maths question correctly followed by hr interview then final round. Most straightforward maths questions as well as market making games

3x3 square. Probability of starting somewhere moving twice and ending up on an even number.
1st round was neurolympics (reflexes, reasoning, etc...) , 2nd was a one way video question interview consisted of 3 questions 2 were personal and 3rd was probability and after had 1st round interview with hr 45 mins

Interview
It consists of 5 stages, CV plus cover letter, Neurolymics test (cognitive test), one way interview, HR interview (behavioural, market making and quant questions) and incoming in person interview in Amsterdam office.
