A probability question either to join a game or not
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IMC Trading (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2020
Interview
Math/Logic/Puzzle Test, Hirevue, Call with HR, Phone Technical, Final Round. First 3 rounds were really fast; the last two rounds were spaced 1.5 weeks apart. The HR was really helpful throughout the process, but the final round interviewers were adament and were interviewing from odd hours.
3 rounds, market making, quant, fit/personality/HR. Market making round they made us play a game and assessed how we quoted bid/asks, spread and asked to explain why. Quant round was standard, probability and puzzles, with added constraints/variants.

The initial online assessment was on a neuralink brain test, followed by a GD involving a cards bidding game and then a technical interview followed by a personal interview to get the final job offer
