After you send your CV and are approved they send you a link to the NeurOlympics games: they test your ability to quickly memorize, reaction time, and precision. Practicing on the DEMO version can improve your score. Unfortunately, my application was rejected at this stage.
Tough, asked me numerous questions about probability, statistics and also asked me numerous questions about options. questions ranged from numerical to also behavioural (stuff about risk). how i approached life
First some technical tests consisted of probability questions, then HR with easy probability and mostly behavioral questions. After that the first technical and finally in-house day with all rounds again: technical, trading, HR and some informal talk.
