Interview
First step was Neurolympics game. You can practice before you do it, eiher the demo on the neurolympics website or there is a full version on the imc website. 4 games, takes about 45min.
Next step was a video interview of two questions. First was 'why trading', second was a probability question with 30s to prepare and 4min to answer. I will put it below how i can remember it. I assume I did not get it right as I was rejected the next day.

Question 1
The profit of traders A, B and C follows a uniform distribution from 0 EUR to 100k EUR and are independant. What is the probability A > B and B > C?
Neurolympic games (can find online) then hire vue where really you just have to answer maths question correctly followed by hr interview then final round. Most straightforward maths questions as well as market making games

3x3 square. Probability of starting somewhere moving twice and ending up on an even number.
1st round was neurolympics (reflexes, reasoning, etc...) , 2nd was a one way video question interview consisted of 3 questions 2 were personal and 3rd was probability and after had 1st round interview with hr 45 mins

Interview
It consists of 5 stages, CV plus cover letter, Neurolymics test (cognitive test), one way interview, HR interview (behavioural, market making and quant questions) and incoming in person interview in Amsterdam office.
