I had an initial phone interview and (2 )in- person interviews. I followed up with appropriate thank you emails and thank you cards. They never bothered to let me know I did not get the job. They just never returned numerous emails or voicemails after 2nd interview. The entire management team was polite but very low energy and excitement for the job or company.
