1st round was over the phone, simple get to know process 2nd round was over zoom, more in depth with 2 other interviewees Never made a third round. Not sure what IMG was looking for but I felt really confident I crushed it, had the experience required for an entry level sales job. Rated neutral because I wasn't offered the job. This was my second stint have a second round interview as well.
