Initial meeting with head of HR, followed by panel interviews for 3 more rounds. Initial meeting with HR gave a brief idea about the org, role and expectations, I appreciate this meeting. The next round was with a peer PM and a tech director, the questions were straight forward aimed at experience, day to day activities and easy. The subsequent round was with hiring manager and a business team member. It also went well, and overall feedback appeared to be positive from the interviewers. I didn't hear back from the HR for a week after this interview, called back and was told that they are evaluating other candidates who are being interviewed parallelly alongside my candidature. I never received a feedback till now and its been more than a month. Very unethical HR practices and ghosting a candidate who spent ample time for the interviews. If you don't select a candidate, why not provide a constructive feedback? or at least inform that my candidature didn't go through rather ghosting?
