IN Engineering + Surveying interview questions

I applied on November 5th then few days i got 5 questions to answer then about 25 questions forma to fill and after a week around 20 November i got one technical test i did finished that and submitted then on 26th November principal engineer/ owner of the company emailed me saying he is happy with whatever i submitted and what to take interview but right he is busy and will take in January. I waited January came , i emailed then asking about struts, ignored . Did is couple of times then he said He is going to take one in march april as things start in construction then again email no reply and at the end after 3 emails he said right now they will cancel this position so i was put in wait list. After wait For 5 months still didn’t get interview and i was still on wait list
