INCOG BioPharma Services interview questions

Called for a phone interview a week or so after submitting an application via linkedin. Was told they would review my answers from the phone interview and call me back with news, i got a call not even 10 minutes later with an invite to interview in person on-site. Went for the on-site interview, took a site tour and received an offer the next day.

I got an interview through a recruiting agency. It was a very fast process. I had a phone screen that lasted about 30 minutes talking about technical background, was then invited later that week for a panel interview with HR and the 2 QC managers. I recieved an offer the next day
