I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at INDUSTRIAL COLOR in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview process was online via Teams which was unusual but it happens. The interviewer asked me some questions via chat which I had to answer through video which was not too bad. By the end everything was totally ok until the sign off. The interviewer literally went radio silent. No Q&A session from me or anything of the sort not even a goodbye. Just quiet.

I applied online. I interviewed at INDUSTRIAL COLOR (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
The hm was friendly during the interview. I was very excited about the role and projects, and the hm also wanted to pass my resume to the next team. We talked about the total compensation package, but it was below my expectation, so I asked for 2 days to consider. When I replied to the same email I’ve been talking to, it turned out I was blocked by the hm.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at INDUSTRIAL COLOR (Lake Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
First interview was by phone with someone from HR who knew very little about the position. Second interview was with another HR type who also knew nothing about the position. They also shared very little about the position. One of the worst expereiences and waste of time in my entire life. After I researched the history of the company it all made sense. Felt like I dodged a bullet.
