      Marketing Interview

      16 Oct 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at INE in Sept 2025

      Interview

The interview process started with an initial phone screening that felt very scripted and impersonal. Communication was also inconsistent. After the first call, I waited a week before following up, and didn’t receive a response until two weeks later. At that point, I was sent a take-home assignment to complete before moving forward. I chose not to continue since I generally avoid unpaid project work during interview processes.
