Interview
Two rounds, fit and technical questions. Prepare knowledge about ING and also questions about various modelling questions. There is two interviewers for each round, 2 analysts and 2 associates. Serious at times but relax at times, play by ear.
2 rounds, both virtual. Questions asked were technical in nature, around 20% were fit questions. The associate would give the run down of life in the department, then contact you for a second round.
