I applied through Career Services and was contacted for an interview by HR after the deadline had closed. The interview itself was 4 rounds, each about 15 minutes each with different professionals in the department and eventually the director as the final interviewer. Everyone was very welcoming and polite, and I look forward to applying again next spring.

Interview by HR about your background, why you choose ING, and why you're the best candidate to be hired, after passing the interview they'll setup the interview with the Hiring Manager which asked your background, knowledge check about Accounting Standards and Principles and how are you best fit in the role.

Fit questions and CV summary, motivation and experience, company values and identity, CV screening and technical questions. Overall, not so difficult although tricky at times. Discussion about hobbies and interests. Technicalities and regulations. It consists of simple questions.
