The interview moved up the hierarchy by three rounds, was very friendly, and had few technicals (sophomore). There were a lot of behavioral questions. They really try to get to know you. First interview with two people, second with one and third with one.

4-stage interview process, starting with an online test assessing analytical skills and business sense. This is followed by two rounds of case-based interviews to evaluate structured thinking, problem-solving, and communication. The final stage consists of a partner interview focusing on cultural fit, leadership potential, and long-term motivation.
