Interview
Three stage interview process, each one lasts around 30 minutes:
1. Motivation - tell me about yourself, strong and weak points, etc
2. Finance technical - accounting and valuation
3. Market technical - market sizing
Eerst je cv en cijferlijst ineveren, waarna je uitgenodigd wordt voor een gesprek. Dit zijn 3 gesprekken achter elkaar van 30 minuten: motivatie (vertel iets over jezelf, waarom M&A, waarom ING), technicals (e.g. valuations en accounting), case study (kan erg variëren)
