Interview
The interview was chill, the test in the objective sense was easy but the subjective part was hard. There will be a report afterward to give you an idea on how you did in the assessments. Though when I asked follow up questions to the person who reached out to me to proceed in the selection process, they did not respond anymore
Am Anfang gab es eine beidseitige Vorstellung, dann kurzer Umriss über Lebenslauf und Profil. Am Ende Austausch von Informationen über das Programm und die Stelle an sich. Durchlauf mehrerer Stationen innerhalb der Traineeship.

Ik werd afgewezen na het maken van een online assessment. Uit de resultaten bleek dat mijn persoonlijkheidsprofiel en waarden onvoldoende aansloten bij de bedrijfscultuur, waardoor ik niet als passende match werd beschouwd voor de organisatie of functie.

Ranking maken tussen verschillende positieve kwaliteiten (bijvoorbeeld: teamwork, analyses, leiderschap, etc). Echter zijn zij specifiek op zoek naar bepaalde kwaliteiten, dus je wordt erop afgerekend als je de ranking niet naar wens invult.

Interview
Different interviews with HR and Managers over a span of 4 months, including a math and logic test. Also had to do a pschicological test which gave me a report to work on. This report has been used during interview process.
