Interview
Their HR messaged me on linkedin for the role in ING Hub Istanbul. After a few messages HR called me, explained the basic things on their side and asked some technical questions to me. Then maybe I waited 3 weeks and messaged them about my progress. HR said we ll send you a test today. I got the test and solved it same day. My code passed the 5 of 7 requirements. I was waiting a positive return. But I didnt get any for next two weeks. Then I asked the HR about it, he replied that your result wasnt good enough. So I believe they are expecting us to copy the codes from gpt and got 100. An honest solution didnt satisfy them. But of course main problem they ghosted me and didnt even send a message like we will not continue with you etc. It shouldn’t be that hard.

Question 1
Test was about pyspark, creating some UDFs and put them in a function of class already placed in the test. This function takes a dataframe as an argument and you need to do needed modifications on this df with spark UDFs.
Very smooth. Initial recruiter call, then 2 technical rounds, 1 competency based, HR .
Helpful recruiter, helped on each stage, technical interviews were more like discussions which went really good.
