      Graduate Software Engineer Interview

      14 Jul 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Milan
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ION Group (Milan) in Jun 2025

      Interview

L’ho risolto. Subito. 100%. Come tutto il resto. Poi arriva l’HR. L’inevitabile. Nessuna nota tecnica, nessun feedback.

      Anonymous interview candidate
      Reading, England
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ION Group (Reading, England) in Mar 2025

      Interview

There are two online assessments: a quiz and a coding problem, followed by the first round of live interviews that focus on a combination of logic puzzles and technical knowledge, including programming languages, operating systems, and databases. They also ask you behavioural questions. Honestly, I found the interview format to be a bit confusing.
