First-round mock ticket answering, second round live/Zoom interview with potential supervisor and upper-level management. I found the process straight forward, easy, and those I communicated with were professional and positive!

Describe a situation where a client/customer asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and how you handled it.
They gave me a project to do before coming in for a formal interview. They communicated well through Email. I was interviewed by two different people individually. They were courteous and professional.

I was given scenarios in which a customer would need help with and how would I handle it.
I applied online and got an email not long after. They asked me to complete a written interview within a few days and email it back. After that they invited me into their office for an in-person interview. They showed me around the building and the actual interview lasted about 20 minutes.
