When I applied the position they reached out to me quickly and they asked some general questions via email. And then they wanted do a phone call interview and they scheduled. When I joined the scheduled interview no-one was there. I had waited 20 minutes to interviewer joins. But he did not. Even though it was very unprofessional, I emailed the interviewer to ask why he did not join or if there was any technical issues I'd like to know. I got no response. This is really unprofessional. Although I am working on a project and I am very busy; I'd tried to spare time for them.
