Fairly straight forward if you are confident. one phone interview, two interviews, one with lower and upper management.
Do a bit of research on the company and give explanations on how proactive you are.
Be as eloquent as possible.
Don't be over confident.

Did 3 interviews, all on Teams, was a fairly standard process but they really didn't make it seem like a nice place to work. I was consistently told in order to succeed I'd need to go the extra mile by doing things like work unpaid overtime. By the time I'd got to the 3rd interview I'd stopped feeling positive about taking the role, and this was clear, so no offer was made.

Recruiter inbounded to speak with me. Had first interview with two directors. Then had to wait 3 days for feedback, just for them to say they are not moving forward. No negative feedback given, they just have candidates with more experience. Really wasted my time, when they could’ve just seen that through my resume.
