Applied online through LinkedIn. Received an email within a couple of weeks to set up a video meeting with a partner of the company. Video meeting was held the following week and lasted about 45 minutes. Meeting went well with good rapport, but it was held just before the holidays. Was told I'd hear back from them one way or another about direction of things but they ended up ghosting me. They didn't bother to respond to my follow up email either to inform they had gone with someone else.
