IRA Motor Group interview questions

Was referred in by a former colleague, with my resume fitting their current needs I was hired immediately. Took about 2 weeks with background checks and whatnot. Overall, easy process, although I know this is not the normal experience.

I was asked about my worst month in the car business and I was asked about my best month another question was "tell me some good things about yourself" and " tell me some bad things about yourself" what are some of your hobbies did u go to collage if so what was your major.
