I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ISCA Technologies (Riverside, CA)
Interview
It started with a screening interview and then in-person interview with the hiring manager and the HR executive. The interview was longer than I expected since they wanted to make sure it's a right fit for both the company and the candidate. Many right open-ended questions were asked and they were really open and honest to answer my questions during the interview.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ISCA Technologies (Riverside, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
The first step in the process was a phone interview (approx. 40 min) to find out how well my experience matched up to the company's needs. Following this conversation, I was invited to a physical interview on site with the director and VP for further clarification of the position requirements and background fit. The final interview was a meeting with pertinent staff plus the President to discuss finer details of their needs and assess my qualifications. The entire process was very professional, and everyone I met was pleasant and welcoming.
