I’ve successfully completed a 15-minute recorded video interview, which served as an initial screening. The session went very well and was split between standard HR behavioral questions and three specific technical deep-dives into .NET architecture and design patterns.
Given the positive momentum, I am now moving into the research phase to prepare for potential next steps. This includes:
Glassdoor Analysis: Scouring recent interview reviews to identify common second-round technical challenges or culture-fit questions specific to this firm.
Technical Refinement: Reviewing advanced .NET design patterns and architectural best practices to build on the solid foundation established during the initial screening.
Strategic Prep: Leveraging the feedback from the initial call to tailor my approach for the upcoming technical or hiring manager rounds.
The interview was a great start, and I'm focused on maintaining this high standard of performance as the process continues.
