I applied at the career fair on campus. It started out with a meet and greet at a local pub and then it followed up with a interview at the university. They asked very brief questions about yourself. Come prepared with questions to ask them as well

The interview process is amazing. It gets you out of your comfort zone and puts you in real perspective of the job. Everyone was friendly and encouraging. It consist of many interviews and a presentation.

The first round interview was recruiting through my school. Very informal and the night before they had a meet and greet to learn more about the company.
Second round interview flown to main office in Dallas, TX. Was an intense two days of interviewing and info sesions. There was a happy hour the night before the interviews with all the employees from the company. Essentially was told to talk to as many people as you can and network. The next day was a very similar atmosphere. Had to be on your game all the time.
The actual interviews were like speed dating with ten 2 mn interviews from various people and departmens. No hard questions just surprising ones. Make sure to know exactly what the company does.
