Interview
Started with college recruiting. Had short 10 minute interview with a supervisors on campus and then was brought out to Dallas for second round of interviews. You basically had speed interview with different management members. There were no tricky questions. Very typical. They are looking for upbeat people who smile a lot and fit their company culture. If you are in a sorority or frat that will just help so play that up.
You also have to present a subject they provide so you need to be good at public speaking.
