- Disorganized Process, Unresponsive Recruiter, and No Transparency My interview experience with the company was disappointing due to poor communication and a lack of transparency. The recruiter was unresponsive throughout the process, follow-up emails were consistently ignored, and there was no effort to maintain clear communication. On the positive side, the technical live coding interview was engaging, and the tech lead I spoke with was knowledgeable and respectful. It was the one part of the process that felt meaningful and worthwhile. He mentioned that the recruiter would follow up regarding the next steps. Unfortunately, that never happened. Despite multiple follow-up emails on my part over the course of a month, I received no response. Eventually, I was notified of a rejection via a generic automated email no personalized feedback, no explanation. The overall process lacked basic professionalism and courtesy. The recruiter’s communication was nonexistent, and the company offered no transparency or respect for candidate's time.
