No Professional Approach around the interview process. Candidates are treated like Resources at their own disposal. I was Interviewed for IT Lead position. It took them 3 weeks just to complete the interview process. There were multiple rounds.. after which the so called country head had a discussion with me, after he confirmed that he was fine with me.. HR informed me that CEO also wants to take my interview, because he was the one to take final call. After the interview being re-scheduled 3 times and waiting for 1 hour from the given time.. CEO calls and asks the same set of questions previously asked. Anyhow.. When he was also fine with me.. the HR calls for package discussion.. She also asks me the interview questions and then starts to discuss about the package.. After the Package discussion and we agreed to a amount.. The offer letter never came.. neither did anyone from HR followup to check that what went wrong.
I checked with my couple of friends who are ex-employees of ITBD and also who are working.. everyone said the same thing.. Don't join unless you hate yourself and if you want to be directly managed by the CEO even your leaves etc. I think I was lucky to not to join this company.
