Telephone interview.
Interview at L'oreal Headquarters.
We were told we would hear back in two weeks time. Two weeks passed I did not hear back so I emailed to find out what was happening. I received an email full of praise and was told they just needed Boots to confirm a head count. I did not hear back. I left voice mails, emails and even wrote a letter to find out what was going on as I had such positive feedback from my interview I was confident I had got the job. All my efforts to get in touch were ignored. Very unprofessional and disappointing for L'oreal not to have the manners to reply to let me know what happened.
