IT-SCIENT interview questions

First Telephonic Interview by HR after that they will mail you to come to the office then they will give Presentation about the Company. Then they will take Computer Based Test. After that Group Discussion. After that HR will take Interview. Finally Manager will take final Interview.

I got a call from this company that they have position for HR exec6 and I need to get back to them. I called back and they scheduled the interview. When I reached there, one of their employee instantly asked me to download their app. Then I was said that I will have to face 3 round of interview. First one being the aptitude test on their app Second the HR interview And third being head management interview through Skype. When I had completed my aptitude interview I had to wait atleast 30- 40 minutes while they celebrated an employee at back. After their celebration I was told to talk with HR and she told me that I had will get this job but first month will b training period without a single penny. Then for third round I was given time of 7:30 but the latter didn't contacted me. I got a msg at 8:20 that was I free to take interview or not. She also asked basic questions.
