There will be 3 interviews during the interview process: phone call with HR, meet in person with Operations Manager, and then CEO/Owner. After got an interview with ITL's HR, they got back to me for the second interview's appointment. I met Operations Manager for a 30 minute interview. And then I got a 3rd call for the interview with CEO/Owner.
