ITxM interview questions

There were two interviews done, one over the phone and one in person. The phone interview took about 15 minutes and was essentially just a screening call to gauge experience. The in person interview went over in more depth what the position entailed and what challenges you may face. The questions were geared toward whether you would be able to handle those situations or not.

This was actually a telephone interview! (The first pre-interview interview I have ever had.) I received an email from the interviewer in which I was asked to determine a time that I could be contacted for the interview. Also, she gave me three ways to respond: her business phone, her cell phone, or her email address. I emailed her with a range of time and she emailed back very quickly with a specific hour. Sure enough, my phone rang exactly then.
