Interview
The interview process was relatively standard with a phone screen, phone interview with higher management and an in-person meeting with my direct leadership. From the beginning, the process was incredibly professional and moved quickly. The interview process was a huge positive in my decision to come ot the company full-time.
Great process that started with a phone screen from the Talent Team, a phone call interview, and then a panel interview. Talent was easy to work with and all of the interviews were enjoyable.

Interview
The interview process was thorough. It ended up being a total of 3 separate interviews with different team members. I think this process was beneficial because not only did everyone on the team get to know me, I got to know the team. Also, the process was not like an interrogation, more of a conversation of my past experience and future goals.
