I interviewed at Ibis Reproductive Health (Cambridge, MA)
Interview
The process involved one technical interview, a skills assessment, a second interview with the hiring team and final interview with the VP of Research. Overall process was fair and straightforward. The only odd bit was the hiring team isn’t necessarily the project team, though there is some overlap.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me about the skills required and part experience, as well as questions to ensure I was comfortable researching abortion.

Interview
Very thorough and well done interview process. They were very communicative, gave me solid timelines, and provided great feedback throughout. Consisted of a phone screen, Excel assignment, and panel interview.

Interview
Applied online with a resume and cover letter and quickly got asked for a 30min phone interview. Interview went ok and she asked standard questions about my experience and why I wanted to work at Ibis. Received a follow up email a few days later asking for a video interview with more members from the team. That interview went well enough and was followed by an exercise that consisted of drafting up social media posts and a little research activity. In total it took about 2 hours. Overall, the process was fine but they did take awhile to reach out to me following the last interview, even though they repeatedly said they wanted the process to go fast and hire someone to start immediately.
