Icelandair Group interview questions

I went through three rounds of interviews and made it to the final stage, where I was asked to complete a project covering high level overview on three separate concepts, on a very short timeline to prepare. I completed the work on my personal time and submitted exactly what was requested: a high-level overview, covering the operational problem, and my process to improve performance. During the final interview, the hiring manager criticized the presentation for not being “granular” enough, despite the original ask being high level overview. The process also became inconsistent, as the role was initially presented as remote but later shifted toward being Seattle-based. After the interview, I was asked about my start date, which gave the impression they intended to move forward. However, after following up three separate times, I received no response at all. The lack of communication and professionalism after investing significant time and effort into the process was disappointing. I would not recommend this company after having high hopes at the beginning.
