One in-person tour/interview for the internship. You meet some of the team and are shown the different areas of the office and where the interns work. Then guided into a conference room to explain the role further and have an easy conversation and they ask some casual interview questions to weigh your skills, personality, and fit for the company. The internship is considered the interview for full-time if desired to continue post-graduation.
