Unbelievable. After you fill out the application and answer their questions you will be called and asked all of the same questions on the phone. They will schedule you a time to come to their main garage and they will direct you to a waiting room with chairs and a TV. I was the only one there on arrival and I waited about 15 minutes. I read that people have waited 2-3 hours to be brought in from the waiting area. This is ridiculous and I would never have waiting that long. A person appeared and asked me to follow him. There was no introduction or smile. I had to ask to find out that this was, indeed, the same person that I spoke with on the phone and via e-mail. The first thing this individual said to me was that the front staff informed him that I was 15 minutes late to the interview which was a flagrant lie. He looked at his shoes and, I suppose, tried to decide if he really wanted to go through with the interview. During the interview he asked me the exact same questions that I had answered on the application and the on the phone directly with him. Never mind the fact that I have years of experience as an automotive technician and I have parked thousands of vehicles without an incident. When I was asked a question that required more than a one word response my answers were almost always misinterpreted as if I was speaking another language or he did not know how to comprehend multi-word responses. I stated I was available at any time they wanted me and I have parked thousands of cars in tight quarters without a single incident. I did not receive a call back which is expected from a company with backwards values. If you are hispanic and speak five words of English then please apply because they will hire you. If you are an intelligent person with good communication skills and thousands of cars' worth of parking experience they will not hire you. It's just too good of an idea. Thank God for Glassdoor so that the workers can increase accountability in the hiring process.

The overall process was done in a timely fashion. At present, I'm still waiting to find out if they're going to hire me or not. My drivers license was issued just about 90 days ago, so with it being so new that may be an issue for them. However it was a point that I brought up first. To try to get out in front of it. Hopefully they'll appreciate that. So for now..we hurry up an wait.Done all that I can do. Will try to keep you guys posted.
