Standard phone screen, hiring manager, then panel which led to an eventual offer. Very neutral conversation and people were polite and professional. Really about what you'd expect from mature HR pipeline as well as experienced coworkers.

1st round interview was done in person, about 5 people including hiring manager attended mainly asking behavior questions. After the interview, about 3-4 days later the result was delivered via phone.
