Typical Q&A with HR person and Head of Department. Talk through your experience, where do you see yourself in 5 years, conversion rate, etc. I was told they would contact me by Monday, but I didn't get an automated email with the negative outcome until 2 months later.

Interview
Had a dry interview with a recruiter asking about sales experience. I then was interviewed by the hiring manager who was very transparent and it seemed to go well. A third interview was conducted by another member of the team where I received a good understanding of the day to day. They gave me positive feedback on the spot and said they had zero concerns when asked. All three interviews happened in three weeks, letting me know I'd hear back by the following week. I never heard anything back despite my thank you and follow-up emails. All interviews were positive and I felt I'd be receiving an offer or at least an update email.
