Many different rounds; phone interview, 1-1 interview with area manager, shadowing, video interview with another manager. I made it through THREE rounds of interviews and they didn't even bother telling me they didn't pick me. I found that very rude and unprofessional, especially since they knew I don't live close to their location.
After reading the reviews on here, I'm glad they didn't offer me a position anyway. HR guy was strange and telling me his personal life on the phone interview saying that he deserves a higher pay than his colleagues because he doesn't work from home like they do. There were no formal interview questions during the process with him. Area manager was so sweet and the nurses seemed okay. Some seemed nice, some seemed kind of rude. Receptionist was very kind! I wish they respected my time, but they didn't. After seeing how they treated me and reading that someone lost their maternity leave/pay, i'm glad i am not affiliated with this unprofessional company.
their services also seemed rushed so i wouldn't want to be there as a patient either
