The interview process is organized, simple and straight to the point. Interview was after Covid, not sure what the process is like now but it was virtual and then face to face. Both virtual and face-to-face interviews were with the same district manager.

The interview process was very easy and organized. I did one phone interview and then one zoom interview. They are very easy people to talk to and made it very comfortable for me. It was like having a normal conversation. I loved everything about Ideal Image!
