Ideals interview questions

The recruitment process was disappointing from start to finish. There were consistent delays and a lack of communication, which made it difficult to understand where I stood throughout. I invested significant time into preparing a portfolio, but the feedback provided was vague and not particularly constructive, which made the experience feel one-sided and undervalued. Based on the interaction, the hiring manager did not appear to have the experience or subject-matter knowledge required to effectively review portfolios, which raised concerns about the quality and fairness of the assessment. Overall, the process lacked professionalism and structure. A more transparent and candidate-focused approach would significantly improve the experience.

Honestly the best I’ve ever had. Props to Jeffrey for handling it exceptionally. Great process and follow-ups. Clear instructions and values. Pushed outside the comfort zone which was interesting and had a smart well thought of process.
