I recently went through an exhausting and disappointing experience with Ideate Labs. The interview process was extensive, beginning with a phone interview, followed by a demanding task to design a full campaign, and ending with a lengthy in-office interview that lasted over 3 hours. Despite clearly stating my salary expectations from the very beginning—and receiving assurances from HR that the budget would not be an issue—everything fell apart when it came time to send the offer letter. They tried to lowball me with a significantly lower salary than agreed upon, completely disregarding the initial discussion. The HR team made big promises about the role and the compensation, but in the end, they flopped on their commitments. This entire process felt like a complete waste of time and effort.
