The 1st step is a screening test, and this test is very lengthy, as there are four section in that test. We have to complete each section within time; otherwise, it will automatically be submitted and there are a lot of questions in the reasoning and aptitude section, which is very difficult to complete on time.

Interview process was pretty straightforward. A few technical questions were asked about the role as well as gauging how well I'd fit into the team. Interviewers were really nice and helped me feel at ease immediately.
