Wasn't that great. Didn't ask very good questions and had experience there in the past. Didn't want me and I didn't feel wanted there. Would rather they have asked about what i could do for the company.

Interview
Interview was brief and friendly. Recruiter asked basic questions about past food service positions. They also asked why I wanted to work at Ike's. The interview lasted about 20 minutes. I received an email with a job offer the next day.
Very simple and straight to the point.
It was only about 15 minutes long and the interviewer was very professional, but also very outgoing. I knew they were looking for a good and happy personality based off the questions.
