Interview
Had 5 rounds of interviews for this role with 4 separate people. I believe the number of interviews and repetitive questions was unnecessary. First round was a zoom interview with HR for 30 minutes. Second was a 60 min zoom interview with the hiring manager followed by a 45 minute zoom interview with the HR director. I made it to the final round which consisted of another zoom interview with the hiring manager then an hour interview with the departments director.

Interview
Lengthy. I interviewed on at least 3 separate occasions, and spoke to the same 2 people each time (although the VP interviewed me on my last visit). The entire process took 4 weeks, with lots of emails and telephone calls back and forth between the HR representative, the manager and me. My final interview was with the department's vice president, as there was no director at that time.
