Showed up to my interview 5 minutes early. Interviewers let me sit 15 mins past the scheduled start time. They messaged reception that they would be out soon (appeared they were still interviewing someone). Candidate walked Lori if meeting room, and they returned to the meeting room (about 20 mins late for me at this point). I could hear the panel laughing and conversing, while they knew I was still out waiting for my interview.
I let reception know I’m cancelling the interview. Huge red flag and they clearly don’t value my time.
Easy process. Contacted me about available interviews days via telephone. Questions were a little difficult but predetermined. Called me back for a second interview quickly. However didn't take the position.

Question 1
When have you had to so something difficult at work?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Illinois Courts (Decatur, IL) in Nov 2016
Interview
Interviews were scheduled ten minutes apart, and ran entirely on time. The interviewers were current Circuit Court judges including the chief judge of the Circuit Court. Interview questions were friendly, but made it clear that despite the number of applicants, applications had been read.
